Vector Aerospace Hosts the PT6A Customer Day Event
at Facility in Johannesburg, South Africa

Summerside, PE, Canada – Vector Aerospace Engine Services – Atlantic (Vector – www.vectoraerospace.com); a leading provider of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, recently hosted a PT6A Customer Day event at its Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) in Johannesburg, South Africa (Vector Aerospace Africa (Pty) Ltd). The event, which was held November 21st, was facilitated by Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC).
“I am extremely pleased to report that the PT6A Customer Day event at our shop in Johannesburg, South Africa was a huge success,” says Jeff Poirier, president of Vector Aerospace Engine Services -Atlantic. “The event was an excellent opportunity for existing and potential customers to learn more about the PT6A turboprop engine and meet with true turboprop experts. We were very fortunate to have a representative from P&WC’s customer service team, along with members from Vector’s team on hand during the Customer Day to discuss the PT6A engine and to provide a complete overview of the engine’s operation and maintenance.”
