Service for Skip Koss

Recently you received the sad announcement about the loss of our dear friend and colleague, Skip Koss.  As promised we are following up with the details for his service.

One of Skip’s favorite places was the Planes of Fame Air Museum and his family has decided to have his “Celebration of Life Ceremony” there on May 11, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Maloney Hangar.  The service will begin at 1:30 PM.

If you wish to attend, please register on our website at www.concordebattery.com.  On the bottom of the home page you will find an “Event Registration” link where you will be able to register for Skip’s Memorial Service. Please register at your earliest convenience as the Maloney Hangar has a maximum occupancy of 240 people.

We would also like to extend an invitation for you to speak about your memories of Skip at the Celebration if you wish.  Skip’s family has received great comfort in hearing how he influenced others and the aviation industry.

Parking is available in front of the Museum and across the street.  When you arrive, please go to the Gift Shop and ask for Laura.  She will direct you to the Maloney Hangar.

You are welcome to arrive a few hours early and tour the entire Museum, at no charge.

If you wish to make a donation in Skip’s memory, a specific webpage is going to be set up on the Planes of Fame Air Museum website at some point in the near future.
