Job Description
Air Services Intl. technicians are primarily responsible for the Disassemble / Inspect / Repair / Assembly / Overhaul and test a wide variety of Rolls-Royce M250 Engines and components, concentrating on the C20, C28, C30, and C40/C47 model engines.  Maintenance must be performed in accordance with current FAA regulations, the Repair Station Manual and Quality Control Manual, FAA Approved Data, work order instructions, and manufacturer’s standard practices.

Proper handling including maintaining the preservation of all units or parts while in inventory, during the repair process through completion and when parts are shipped.
Ensure that product is built to meet customer specifications and meet all FAA requirements.
Ensure that all maintenance performed is properly performed in accordance with approved technical data and that relevant maintenance records required for work performed are correctly executed.
Tracking of each project/task from start to finish while ensuring quality standards.
Review and interpretation of engine and component logbooks and historical records.
Preparing and presenting product inspection evaluations.
Training of lesser experienced technicians when required.

Qualifications
Ideal Qualifications:

High School Diploma – Or equivalent
A&P Certificate – FAA issued Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
Prior Experience – Must have prior experience working with Rolls-Royce Model 250 engines for maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul.
Communication Skills – Should possess good oral and written communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.

Computer Skills – Using computer to read technical documentation, email communication, and other tools related to job performance
Overtime Available – Some opportunities for overtime. Must be able to work overtime on short notice.
Motivated Self-Starter – Must have excellent work ethic
Additional Desired Qualifications

Test Cell Experience – Rolls-Royce M250 series engine test cell experience desired
NDT Experience – Certification and NDT experience a plus
Field Service – Field service support desired
